Effective date: July 24, 2026
IVFTracker (“the app,” “we,” “our”) is developed by Thomas Silver. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use IVFTracker, available on the Apple App Store.
IVFTracker does not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal or medical information on any server. Everything you enter - medications, appointments, lab results, embryo records, and journal entries — stays on your device. We have no account system, no cloud sync, and no way to see your data, because it never leaves your phone.
We do not collect any personal, health, or usage data. Specifically:
Apple, as the App Store operator, independently collects limited technical information (such as purchase records and aggregate, anonymized crash/performance diagnostics) as part of operating the App Store and processing your one-time purchase. This collection is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy, not by us - we do not have access to it, and it is outside our control. If you enable “Share With App Developers” for analytics in your iOS Settings, Apple may share anonymized crash data with us; we do not otherwise receive any information from Apple about your use of the app.
IVFTracker is designed to help you track sensitive, personal medical information related to fertility treatment. Because all of this data is stored exclusively on your device and never transmitted anywhere by the app, we never have access to it, cannot see it, and cannot disclose it to any third party — including us. You are solely responsible for the physical security of your device and any backups you choose to create.
Since we never receive your data, we have nothing to retain or delete on our end. Your data remains on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app from your device permanently removes all locally stored data, unless you have separately backed it up (for example, through your device’s own backup system) — in which case that backup is governed by the terms of whatever backup service you used, not by us.
IVFTracker is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction) — consistent with the rest of this policy, we do not collect information from any user of any age.
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your information to any third party, because we do not collect or have access to it in the first place.
Because IVFTracker does not collect or store your data on any server we control, there is no remote copy of your information for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. You have full control over your data at all times through the app itself and your device.
If this policy changes - for example, if a future version of the app adds an optional feature such as backup or sync - we will update this page and revise the effective date above before that feature ships. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
